We’re all busy these days. That’s not necessarily a bad thing! Developing your morning routine will set a foundation to begin your day with mindful organization, creativity and calm. It’s not hard! And creating your morning routine is fun!


As a busy, working momma I know what it’s like to feel a little chaotic and and overwhelmed by the length of my to-do list. After several years of refining my mornings, I’ve figured out what is important to keep organized and what isn't as necessary.


As a yogi I know that by beginning my mornings with mindful movement, inspiration and a bit of silence, I create a sense of calmness and focus. These activities set our neurological system to approach our daily life with more tranquility and openness.


As a creative type, I know the importance of creating everyday to maintain the flow of inspiration. We practice creativity to enhance our innate wisdom and inspiration.


The simple development of your routine will embody all of these elements to set your day with energy & focus, excite you with stimulating creativity and allow you to feel more organized with all that is coming in the day.

Rebecca Jessen

Becca has been practicing yoga since 1996 when she took a college credit yoga class and was hooked. She knew she wanted to teach Yoga, but also knew she wanted to teach from a place of knowledge and understanding. She spent the next 10 years practicing and absorbing all she could of this ancient practice. She studied Hatha, Ashtanga, Bikram, Jivamukti, and Kyira before arriving at the Classical Yoga system at Yoga Life Institute in Malvern, PA in 2006. For one year, she was immersed in the 8 fold Yoga Path as set out by the Yoga Sutures of Patanjali as she completed her 200-hour teacher training studies while finishing a Bachelors in Exercise Science at West Chester University. From there she headed to Colorado to attend Regis University for Physical Therapy. She recently completed a 300-Hr YTT at Cambio Yoga in Colorado Springs. Becca created Mountain Harmony to provide our community with a space of passion, wisdom, and honesty to support a deep exploration of the Self in Body, Mind, and Spirit.

Becca is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and specializes in Orthopaedic, Pediatric, Vestibular, and Lymphedema Therapy.
